What are my consumer rights?

What if the size turns out to be wrong?

Items may be returned to us if the size is wrong as long as they are in original condition.  Please keep all tags and packaging intact whilst you first try on the product.  We want our customers to be delighted with their purchases! Anything we can do to help you is just a phone call away.

I cannot find a particular item I need on your website

We can source any item you may need from the world of marine, boats and inflatables.  We have teamed up with the biggest and best suppliers in the UK to deliver reliable stock levels.  We can typically offer you a range of options in any product area, just ask!

I am not sure what product is best for me

We understand there there is a wide range of products out there that all might seem viable.  We only sell high quality products, which tend to have a much longer lifespan.  This is because we have an environmental conscience, and are not happy to stock the cheapest available, as these items only tend to last maximum one-season, and end up in landfill.  At Pro Marine Store, you will find only high quality products that will last many seasons and endless fun.  We pride ourselves on our friendly customer service and advice, so please ask and we can talk you through the options to find the right one for you.  We also have recently launched our WeKnow Guides in our Knowledge Centre.  Browse to find articles on various product categories to learn more and make the best buying decision.

I need the product ASAP, what do you offer?

We offer next day delivery on orders placed before 12:30pm through Courier delivery.  We also offer free postage on most items, with only some items attracting a modest delivery fee, and some items needing specialist delivery like solar panels, which are particularly prone to breakage if not transported correctly.  For certain items, you can also visit our offices for immediate pickup via the Click and Collect option at checkout.  For this, please call us first to confirm the product is in stock and available.

Why are your prices lower than other marine suppliers?

We have identified that most other marine suppliers are pricing in excess of 100% profit margins on marine products.  We do not agree with this so have brought our prices down to near the wholesale price.  This is because we are passionate sailors and are here to help the sailing and boating community in their DIY projects and adventures.  We keep a keen eye on prices, and bring them down as much as possible.  We are friendly and helpful people and will go the extra mile to find the right product for you
